THE TENSION LIFE


The distressing life comes with a range of challenges depression, lack of jobs, academic tension, drugs, diseases etc.

On the flip side Life is a journey this is a fact that shouldn’t be swept under the carpet and ignored.

And defiantly Just like any journey it comes with a range of challenges

These challenges range from post-Grad problems. The post-grad challenges include the choice to continue studying or not, losing old friends and making new ones, comparing yourself to others, adulting, the post-Grad learning curve and funding your post grad life. 

Getting his/her initial job which may be hard to get because the job market now days is largely based on connections making it hard to win and make ends meet. .

Problems in ones relationship arena. Since relationships mostly centered on money which is the most common issue that causes conflict in a relationship. Whether it’s having different financial resources, different views about the importance of money, or spending habits, money issues can cause tension in a relationship which may eventually breed luck of trust. These walk hand in hand with infidelity, anxiety, emotional security, conflict and lack of appreciation.

Problems in ones academic arena and other many problems as events of life may unfold. Students face a number of challenges at university including finding time to study, understanding the course content and maintaining a high degree of motivation. A long with meeting these challenges, students often struggle to balance academic demands with work, personal responsibilities and social experiences.

 That being said one needs a strong resilience to recover quickly from the depression that may come along the way by for instance doing some mediation, staying in touch with people since keeping in touch with friends and family means you have someone to talk to when you feel low. Be more active this may be archived by engaging in any form of exercises. Face ones fears by not trying to avoid things that you find difficult. Don’t drink too much alcohol. Eat healthy diet. Have a routine. This can be done by for instance having a good sleep pattern avoiding staying up too late and sleeping during the day

Above all one needs to turn himself to God trust him and the process.
